Sprinkle with gusto on top of fresh or smoked cheeses, cheddar, brie, pecorino and honey, mozzarella, goat cheese, and more!
We're particularly loving this salt set as an accompaniment to a cheese board. Here's how to DIY at home:
- One soft, earthy sheep's milk cheese
- One funky, sweet blue cheese
- One hard smoked cheese
- Plus a rustic baguette, a few grapes, charcuterie, and maybe a dish of olives

Chardonnay Flake Salt - Sun-evaporated flake salt gently infused with Chardonnay from Portland made Mac Wine Cellars. Sprinkle generously on fruit, shrimp scampi, apple tarte tatin, bread and unsalted butter.
Sparkling Ros é Salt - Flaky sea salt infused with rosé made in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Sprinkle sparkling rosé flake salt on lemon-thyme roasted chicken, rosemary focaccia, melon sorbet. Or up your cocktail game with a dash or two of this salt in your next Salty Dog cocktail.
Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir Salt - At long last! A match made in super snackable heaven: Sokol Blosser Winery Dundee Hills 2012 Pinot Noir Salt + your favorite goat cheese + fig jam. We've been working with Sokol Blosser's vintage pinot noir - delicious in its own right - for months now, to get juuuust the right formula. Infused gently with Bitterman Salt Co.'s sun evaporated fleur de sel, the end result is the most unexpectedly addicting addition to cheese... Since God invented the macaroni noodle.
